What do I do next?
1- Add our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your contacts so our reply arrives in your Inbox and not your SPAM folder
2- Watch out for our email reply - we'll do our best to get back to you really quickly.
3- We may decide to phone you to discuss your appointment request so keep your phone nearby!
4- If you've not heard from us within 48 working hours, there may have been a problem with your appointment request, so please accept our apologies and call us - we'll put it right.
Please note that an "Appointment Request" is NOT a booking confirmation.
Following your request, we will contact you to suggest a date & time for your appointment and your booking will only be confirmed once you have accepted it.
